Do you ever feel like you "need" to network, but find that it just feels too forced? Well we wanted to change that. We hosted Network Like A Boss with Boost Agents and Sketch Working Arts, where our president, Trina Boos, spoke on how to redefine networking so that it works for you. As someone who networks actively in the creative and marketing industry, her best practices can be applied to anyone looking to network in a creatively-driven environment. In 90 minutes we learned:

- What makes someone a “good” networker?
- The power of introverts at a networking event.
- Common networking myths, and how to dispel them.
- How to build your network online.
- How to network at events.
- The importance of pre-event prep and post-event follow-up, and how to do it.

- Common conversation starters.

This event is in partnership with Boost Agents and SKETCH. 100% of the proceeds of this event supported SKETCH, a community arts initiative that engages homeless and underprivileged youth seeking to cultivate social and environmental change through the arts.
