Highlights from 2013
DishCourse is a unique experience that stimulates dialogue around some of the most pressing issues facing the marketing and communications industry by bringing together senior leaders to dine at a secret location, announced only days prior to event. For one evening, boundaries are unrecognized, conversation is unabashed, and food is unapologetic. From an umami beet salad or farm chicken lollipops with blue cheese to beef with strawberry jam, right down to the Peruvian pumpkin donuts with caramel sauce, Eric Wood’s culinary creations did not fail to delight. Guests sat around a table, and were led by Cheil's ACD, Hélène Larochelle in a moderated discussion on “Your Data As Currency.”
