If you've not yet signed up for Social Media Week, you might want to do so now. Toronto is one of the 6 cities worldwide to host it the week of Feb 1-5. The goal is to use this week of events to help facilitate conversations across Toronto's many creative communities about the impact of social media on business, culture and society.
Check out the event calendar and engage in the diverse menu of offerings, spanning from The Globe & Mail to CaseCamp unconferences, and “How do you raise money if you’re not Barack Obama?” along with “No Cheerleaders Allowed: An Honest Conversation about Social Media.” The majority of events are FREE, though some are ticketed events. Ad Lounge's "Conversuasion" is now part of Social Media Week Toronto and we hope to see you out there!
If you have ANY questions or if you’d like to get involved as an event host or a sponsor, get in touch @smwTO. Make sure to keep checking the Official Social Media Week Toronto site as more programming is finalized. Registration is limited, so get there soon!
